Charity event at 27 May

Southern College organised a Charity Run recently. The event  was a join project by the SC Development Committe, Johor Bahru Chinese Association and Tiong Hua Organization. More than 200 people participated, including student and parents of all races.

The objective of this run was to raise funds for the college building project, namely the new multi-purpose hall. A total of RM150,000 was raised from this project. The chairman of Board of Directors, Datuk Teo Ah Khiang said the college was still short of RM50,000 to reach the target of RM200,000 from the run. He hope companies and individuals will contribute generously to complete the hall project.
